Our versatile 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine provides a standard workspace in the x, y, and z axes, coupled with a fully rotatable c-axis and an additional rotary axis with a wide range of +45 to -30 degrees. Our 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine boasts a generous workspace of x=1000, y=600, z=600 mm, accommodating diverse materials and intricate projects. It supports loads up to 700 to 800 Kg, ensuring stability and precision in milling operations.

Manual Lathe Machine

Our Manual Lathe Machine, with a 1500 mm length and 250 mm diameter workspace, is a reliable asset for precision turning operations. Capable of handling workloads up to 500 – 600 Kg, it ensures versatility in various machining tasks.

Metallography Lab

Our Metallography Lab facilities boast cutting-edge equipment, including Optical Microscope (OM), Mechanical Grinder and Polisher, Hot Mounting Machine, Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, and Density Meter. With such machines we ensure comprehensive and precise material analysis, contributing to the success of our research endeavors.

Non Destructive Testing Lab

Our Non Destructive Testing Lab serves as a cornerstone in ensuring the integrity and quality of materials and components without causing damage. Through cutting-edge techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetration Testing (PT), we meticulously examine the structural integrity of various materials.

Mechanical Characteristics Lab

Our Mechanical Characteristics Lab gives the space to Tensile test and Micro-hardness test machines. Portable Hardness Measurement tools are its other facilities, which are integral parts of our material analysis capabilities.
